Steve   (Gaf the horse in tears) Vocals

Fleetwood lad Steve is not your typical rock band frontman although the quality of his voice cannot be mistaken. Steve helps to give Whistle Test its unique interpretation on each and every song whether it’s a slow ballad (Ain’t No Sunshine/ Desperado) a blues track (Unchain My Heart/ Backdoor Man) or a full blown rocker (Under My Wheels/ Rockin’ in the Free World).  He is self taught on guitar and is a talented songwriter in his own right. Having another guitarist is great for the band as it has enabled the guys to occasionally play as a three piece on the odd occasion our lead guitarist is absent.  Steve joined his first band at the tender age of 16 and has continued to sing in different bands until finally joining Whistle Test. He has published his own CD, where he plays guitar himself whilst singing all his own material. Steve has a  distinctive voice which provides Whistle Test with their own especial unique and individual sound.
